Abstract:The current crisis is having a severe impact on customer behaviour. Fear of the future, demand for hard value and cost benefits, a compressed time preference, overcoming financing bottlenecks and safety are becoming key factors. At the same time, these changing customer preferences are opening up new opportunities for companies that offer the right solutions. This article outlines how customer behaviour has changed in the crisis and how companies can respond appropriately.
