Abstract:A review of literature published in 2012 on topics related to disinfection and antimicrobial processes is presented. This review is divided into the following sections: general, disinfection methods, microbiology and disinfection chemistry, analytical methods, disinfection byproducts, distribution systems/regrowth and biofilm, and biosolids.
