Abstract:This paper discusses the successes and challenges of the partnership that developed between WSSC as the regulator and the National Harbor staff held accountable for their FOG discharges. By combining the expertise within WSSC and the key management staff within the National Harbor organization, a positive regulatory process was developed and maintained.
