Abstract:For any project to succeed, buy-in from the ultimate stakeholders is critical. This is true for any delivery method that might be used to complete a project. The potential to save time, money and/or improve the quality of the end result are all good reasons to consider project delivery methods other than the traditional design-bid-build process. This paper will focus on the issues to assure organizational buy-in and success of projects that incorporate alternative delivery methods.
