Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to present an innovative and integrated life cycle methodology for developing incentives that encourage developers and homeowners to implement Low Impact Development (“LID”). Specifically, this paper presents a case study for reducing stormwater flows and associated costs within the City and County of San Francisco (City).
