Implementation and Use of Electronic Document Systems for Construction Project Management in Large Water Agencies
Abstract:This paper describes the decision and the implementation processes that the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago went through in converting its Construction Management documents from a paper based system to an electronic system.
