Simulation-based tools for operator training are gaining popularity as a way to capture plant-specific knowledge, and then allow new staff to cost-effectively experience and absorb a wide range of plant behaviour. Case studies will illustrate how simulation-based training has proven to be a useful tool when used in conjunction with other knowledge management techniques.", }
