Abstract:

For many utilities, a strategic approach embracing iNfrastructure, Organization and Workforce (NOW) is required to integrate and solve these complex issues and ensure that we stay focused on sustainability. Since change won't happen automatically, leadership must be asking the right questions to assess all types of resources needed. This paper will focus on addressing these issues of practices, workforce, physical and information management about our community assets, which constitute a sustainable comprehensive asset management program in a logical, step-wise fashion.
