Heavy Metals Reduction Strategies for Industrial Wastewaters
Abstract:Heavy Metals are huge concern to many industrial processes and the wastewater discharge is highly regulated. Many processes are available for removal of these metals. This paper will discuss the advantages of patented polymeric precipitant process for removal of mercury, copper and lead from plating, manufacturing and power industries. This process has been demonstrated to meet the regulatory limits on metals.
