Struvite Control and Prevention in Centrate
Abstract:Struvite can be an unanticipated result of biological phosphorus removal. Operational changes, chemical addition and material selection can minimize problems that can occur as a result of struvite being incidentally formed during biological phosphorus removal. New technology can recover struvite in a marketable form.
