EVALUATION OF THE COSTS OF STORM WATER COMPLIANCE FOR THREE MIDWESTERN RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTS
Abstract:The impact of stream buffer and storm water detention and water quality ordinances on per lot development costs for moderate sized residential developments were assessed by developing separate pre- and post-ordinance designs for three typical residential developments with small to medium lot sizes.
