This paper presents an evaluation of the Upper Scioto West Interceptor (USWI) odor control project from 1999 to the present. The study phase and ventilation modeling was presented at Odor and Air Emissions 2000; however, the final odor control system was not operational at that time. This report presents the original study and modeling, the biofilter construction and testing, the measured ventilation data compared to the ventilation model, and the 5-year media replacement project.
