Abstract:

This presentation will explore how this complex process of developing pricing for a reclaimed water system plays out both in theory and in practice. RFC utilized a similar approach to develop a pricing methodology for the city of San Diego, California. We will document how this process may be utilized to satisfy ALL objectives for reclaimed water system pricing. The presentation will couple theory with real-world examples and lessons learned to lay out a methodology utilities may follow to price their reclaimed water services
