Distribution system performance has been declining in the US for the past twenty years. This reduction in performance is showing up as higher operating and capital costs and a reduction in our ability to meet our customer's expectations. In this presentation we will share the reasons for the decline in distribution system performance, discuss the business case for improved performance, and provide examples of best practice performance improvements.
