Abstract:

In 2005 Aurora Water re-organized in an effort to become a utility that would grow with the needs of the City and provide better service to our citizens. The new organizational structure was developed along functional lines instead of by discipline. Another element of the new organizational structure was a commitment to Organizational Development and a Business Process philosophy.
