This paper describes an analytical approach to estimating areas with rainfall-derived infiltration & inflow (RDI&I) to an area of several hundred square meters, with the use of historical data of the wastewater treatment plant, and meteorological data. It also presents an application of this method for estimating areas with RDI&I in the Asakawa Treatment Area by analyzing past data of sewage inflow volume to the Asakawa Water Reclamation Center, and radar rainfall volume data.
