Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the Tabula wastewater conveyance system cost-estimating computer program. Included are a brief description of the design basis used for generating the cost curves in the model, some screenshots of program outputs, instructions for how to customize cost items, and the Internet location from which this program and the associated documentation can be downloaded.
