Abstract:

INTRODUCTION

Scrubbers are highly effective devices for collecting both particulates, dust and fumes from an air or gas stream. Once the contaminants have been collected they are then in a liquid median that is easy to handle and dispose of. We will look at three different types of scrubbers to determine which is best for your situation. The three different scrubbers that will be analyzed are the packed tower scrubber, dual throat scrubber and the venturi scrubber.
