DCWASA VIRTUAL TOUR KIOSK COMPUTER BASED TRAINING FOR THE PUBLIC
Abstract:The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DCWASA) serves more than 2 million people. DCWASA understands the importance of an informed public. This paper describes the use of interactive multimedia in the form of a mobile interactive kiosk to effectively communicate and educate the public on mutual issues.
