MAINTENANCE STRATEGIC PLANNING: A CASE STUDY
Abstract:It is commonly recognized the Maintenance Strategic Planning is an essential element of most successful organizations. This paper examines Broward County Environmental Operations Divisions approach in the preparation of their strategic plan. Many different approaches can be taken in the preparation of a maintenance strategic plan. This paper identifies the attributes and format that BCEOD chose.
