WATER & WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
Abstract:Water is a precious resource that is essential to the health and well being of everyone in our communities world wide and to the environment in which we live, work and play. We take for granted that our rivers are swimmable and fishable and our water supplies are safe and readily available to meet the constant demands of growing industries and communities. Protecting these resources is everyone’s responsibility, but no one plays a more important part than the operators whose job it is to treat the water we drink and the used water from our homes and businesses before it is recycled to the environment.
