Abstract:

This paper presents a review and analysis of sewer utility data collected relative to sanitary sewer overflows (SS0s) based on a study performed under a cooperative agreement by Black & Veatch and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) for the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). This data was provided by twelve leading wastewater collection agencies across the United States.
