An innovative approach to public agency management, sister agencies West Basin Municipal Water District (WBMWD) and Central Basin Municipal Water District (CBMWD) operate jointly to optimize and share use of 41 full time employees to run one of the largest and most diverse regional water recycling projects in the nation.
