Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to present procedures that can be followed during the deployment of flow meters to help ensure a successful monitoring program. Also included in this paper is a discussion of proper data evaluation for various types of flow meters. Examples from actual projects of typical problems encountered and solutions to the problems are provided.
