DISCHARGE OPTIONS DICTATE FLEXIBLE DISINFECTION PLAN
In response to strong and consistent growth trends, the City is implementing a phased capital improvement program to increase wastewater treatment capacity at its Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). As part of this program, the City developed a flexible plan whereby it can tailor the type and degree of wastewater disinfection to the specific effluent flow management (i.e. utilization) options available to it at any time during the year.
