	abstract = "Inspired by a presentation by Bill Toffey of the Philadelphia Water Department at the 12<SUP>th</SUP> Annual Residuals and Biosolids Conference and the recent development of the National Biosolids Partnership, Parker Ag Services has developed a &#8220;branding&#8221; of our land application programs. Yet we were challenged to see how our farmers could become more involved in the process. The program is a two way street. It is meant to assure that the program delivers what the farmer expected and wanted when he signed up but it also provides Parker Ag the ability, through the use of the farmer gatekeeper, the ability to educate the community as a whole. This paper and corresponding presentation will discuss how and why Parker Ag Services determined it was beneficial to go beyond a term such as biosolids, what kind of program best fit our needs and what steps were taken to develop this program.",
