Abstract:
Fluidization and plasma characterizations of medium pressure RF glow discharge plasma fluidized bed reactors are experimentally investigated. The results show that the particles are slightly positively charged by plasmas and that the oxidation of solid particles can be achieved effectively by present reactors using Ar-O2 mixture gas plasmas.Document Type: Research article
