Abstract:

In the first part of this paper we have established the pure operatorial Dirac-dyadic expressions of the operators of the canonical polarization devices. In this second part of the paper we shall calculate the corresponding expressions of the operators of some widespread two- and three-layer polarization devices. We shall establish the eigenforms of these operators. Some of these devices are of orthogonal kind, i.e. their eigenforms contain only perpendicular projectors, whereas others are non-orthogonal. In this last case in their eigenexpressions operators of a new kind - not usual in standard quantum mechanics - appear. They play an important role in the generalized theory of quantum measurement.
