Electron diffusion in single-walled carbon nanotubes

Abstract:By using the concepts of Fermi velocity and relaxation time, a mathematical relationship for the coefficient of electron diffusion in single-walled carbon nanotubes is derived. In addition, other related aspects are briefly discussed.
