Two New Species of Calanoida from a Marine Cave on Minorca Island, Mediterranean Sea: Stephos Balearensis New Species (Stephidae) and Paracyclopia Gitana New Species (Pseudocyclopiidae)
Abstract:Two new species of calanoid copepods from a marine cave on Minorca (Balearic Islands, western Mediterranean) are described: Stephos balearensis new species, and Paracyclopia gitana new species. A complete list with all the species of both genera, and the main differences from those most similar are presented.
