Vosseledone Charrua: A New Patagonian Cephalopod (Octopodidae) with Notes on Related Genera
A new octopodan genus, Vosseledone, and its type species, Vosseledone charrua, is described from the Patagonian Province. The new taxon is characterized by the possession of a degenerate radula and a well developed ink sac. Its position in reference to the closely related genera is reviewed.
