Tomopagurus maclaughlinae, a New Hermit Crab from the Eastern Pacific (Crustacea, Anomura, Paguridae)
A new species of hermit crab (family Paguridae) from the Galapagos Islands, Tomopagurus maclaughlinae, is described, illustrated, and compared with closely related forms. This is the first representative of genus Tomopagurus to be reported from the east Pacific; all its known congeners occur in the western Atlantic.
