Two specimens of Neodoclea boneti Buitendijk, a crab first described in 1950 from Mexico and Guatemala, are now reported, one from the vicinity of Tumbes, Peru, the other from the Pacific coast of the Panama Canal Zone. The specimen from Panama is a large male which provides new information about the adult characters of the species. The example from Peru greatly extends the geographical range of the species to the southward.
