A Record of the Microsporidian, Thelohania duorara, Parasitizing the Shrimp, Penaeus Brasiliensis
Abstract:A microsporidian parasite, Thelohania duorara, parasitizing the grooved shrimp, Penaeus brasiliensis, is recorded from Biscayne Bay, Florida. This constitutes a new host record for T. duorara, previously found in the pink shrimp, P. duorarum.
