Abstract:
A description is given of a new species of butterfly fish, based on a single specimen, trawled in deep water (125 fathoms) in Mona Passage off western Puerto Rico. The account includes a list of associated deep water fishes and a brief discussion of its relationship with three other species of butterfly fishes.Document Type: Research article
