Descriptions are given of Probursa moei, n.sp. and Hofstenia miamia, n.sp. from the intertidal zone at Virginia Key, Miami, Florida. The former differs from P. veneris Hyman by more anterior ovaries and bursal-intestinal communication. H. miamia is near to H. atroviridis Bock from which it is distinguished by color, the ventral mouth, and the sunken nuclei of the pharyngeal epithelium.
