Effect of ultrafine particles of activating fluxes on the laser welding process
It is established that use of activating flux superdispersed powders in laser welding of steels allows for improvement of the quality of welded joints, for reducing joint gap width and increasing penetration depth: in so doing, process productivity goes up by 7–45%.
