It is very likely that, due to the substantial role of scattering in the formation of lines, the observation of dimming in SOHO EIT 171 and 195A filtergrams demonstrates the high-speed, dense clouds of solar coronal mass ejection matter.Keywords: Scattering; Doppler shift; Passband
