Impacts of the Red Book
With the publication by the National Research Council of Risk Assessment in the Federal Government: Managing the Process (called the Red Book) we crossed a border on the route to a better understanding of the challenges of determining the potential adverse health effects resulting from human exposure to hazardous agents or situations.
