Are the glory days of technical communication all behind us? Can we expect the future to offer only a faint echo of our past? Our profession has certainly had its share of misfortune in the early years of this decade. I’m optimistic about the future, but it will require us to
respond to challenges more daunting than any we’ve confronted before.
