Abstract:
What Robert Burns observed more than 200 years ago is still true: having the opportunity to see ourselves through others' eyes is the most valuable gift. Unbiased self-examination may reveal a very different person that we see through our own eyes. Another's preception of our talents and our mastery of our profession may be quite different from our own. And if we look at our profession and our Society through the eyes of others, we may be similarly suprised.Document Type: Editorial
