Abstract:
As part of a process of updating and strengthening the technical communication program at The University of Memphis, the authors interviewed five successful graduates of the master's program about their varied career paths and the skills they use in the course of their daily jobs. From these insights, the authors then discuss current issues facing technical communication programs the variety of jobs available to graduates and the sets of skills used in them, including technological skills.Document Type: Research article
