Abstract:Jane A. Kreplick, R.N., J.D., LL.M. in Health Law, is a self-employed legal consultant. Previously, she practiced as a registered nurse in intermediate, critical care and gerontological settings. Ms. Kreplick has published several articles on a variety of health law topics, and for three years she was on the editorial board of The Journal of Health & Hospital Law.
