Abstract:

The distribution of the genus Dendrothele in Italy is revised and updated. D. acerina, D. alliacea, D. amygdalispora, D. canariensis, D. commixta, D. dryina, D. griseocana, D. nivosa and D. wojewodae are known to be present. The presence of D. incrustans and D. maculata must be rejected. Descriptions and line-drawings for Italian species and comments with a key for all European known Dendrothele species is provided.
