Mediating Effect of Positive Psychological Capital in Taiwan's Life Insurance Industry
In this study I applied hierarchical regression analysis to positive psychological capital. Emphasis was placed on identifying relationships among perceived supervisor support, positive psychological capital constructs, and job performance in Taiwan's life insurance industry. Hierarchical
regression results indicate that positive psychological capital mediates the relationship between perceived supervisor support and job performance.
