Temporary Worker Performance and its Antecedent Factors from the Viewpoint of Relationship Marketing
Abstract:We aimed to determine the factors affecting the performance of temporary workers. The key mediating variables model (Morgan & Hunt, 1994) of relationship marketing was used to determine the antecedent and mediating factors. Results of structural equation modeling indicated that relationship management activity had positive effects on temporary worker performance through mediator variables of trust and commitment. These findings can be of use to firms that hire and manage temporary workers.
