University staff performance evaluation systems, organizational learning, and organizational identification in Taiwan
Abstract:We tested a model of performance evaluation systems, organizational identification, and organizational learning with a sample of staff at Taiwan's national universities and found that performance evaluation systems have a positive effect on both organizational learning and organizational identification. In addition, organizational learning has a positive effect on organizational identification. The mediating effect of organizational learning was also found to be significant.
