The relationships among cross-cultural management, learning organization, and organizational performance in multinationals

Abstract:
The purpose in this study was to analyze the relationships between the three variables "Corporate Cross-cultural Management", "Learning Organization", and "Organizational Performance". Valid questionnaires (793) were collected from the directors and staff of 250 multinationals in Suzhou Industrial Park of China. As a result of these analyses, the effect of the Learning Organization on the relation between Corporate Cross-cultural Management and Organizational Performance was further studied and findings were discussed.Keywords: MULTINATIONAL; CROSS-CULTURAL MANAGEMENT; ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE; LEARNING; CULTURE
