MASLOW'S IMPLIED MATRIX: A CLARIFICATION OF THE NEED HIERARCHY THEORY
Abstract:Maslow's need hierarchy theory is restated by means of a matrix arrangement of the constructs within the theory. After consideration of the consequences of this restatement, same significant research is discussed and directions for future research suggested.
