The XPS studies showed that the copolymeric finish was deposited on the fiber surfaces. The FT-IR/PAS data demonstrated possible penetration of the finish from the fiber's surface into the near-surface. The combination of FT-IR/PAS and XPS appears to be very useful for the determination of finish location in chemically modified fibers.", pages = "1035-1039", url = "http://www.ingentaconnect.com/content/sas/sas/1990/00000044/00000006/art00020", doi = "doi:10.1366/0003702904086696", keyword = "Photoacoustic spectroscopy, Infrared spectroscopy, PAS, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, XPS, Fiber, PET" }
